GROVEDALE COLLEGE IS SEEKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR PARTIES TO OPERATE AND HIRE THEIR NEWLY-BUILT GYMNASIUM.
The gym facility consists of:
· Double Court stadium suitable for basketball, netball, volleyball, badminton and a range of other indoor sports;
· Electronic operated net for separating courts;
· Keyed system to raising and lowering basketball rings;
· Electronic scoreboards;
· Audio facilities for microphones and music;
· Toilets and shower

Expressions of interest must set out the qualifications, skills, experience, expertise and professional memberships the proposed operator would bring to the position, if they were selected.

Expressions of interest must also state any specific plans or proposals the proposed operator would like to introduce into the gym facility as part of providing the services, if they were selected.

The successful party will be engaged pursuant to a written services contract to provide the services.
Lodging an expression of interest is not an offer to enter into an agreement and the final terms of any agreement will be determined by the school and the proposed operator.

If the interested parties wish to inspect the gym area, they are to contact the college to make an appropriate time to do so.
