Tender Description
Manning Valley Race Club is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for the construction of the 128 day stalls at the Race Course.
Included in the Scope of Works:
- earthworks
- concrete works
- management of the stable installation
- block work wash bay
- retaining walls
- service includes water, stormwater drainage.
The proposed steel framed clad stall will be tendered separately and novated to the contractor.
