Multiplex is engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Design and Construct and is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for supply and subcontracting services for works on the above development.

Summary:

• New building of  ~86,000m2 GFA across 2 basement levels, a 29 storey tower and 3 level podium
• Project Value ~$500m
• EOI phase closes 05.10.2019
• RFQ phase due to commence Oct/Nov 2019
• Works due to commence February 2020
• Works due for completion November 2022
