Contractor will supply on hire, deliver, install, commission, service, maintain and remove air conditioning and evaporative cooling equipment for the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix (Event).

• preliminaries, including provision of own Site facilities;
• transportation, unpacking and repacking the AGPC owned containers and equipment from the Altona Storage Yard (ASY);
• installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, removal and return of AGPC owned air conditioning units;
• Contractor has the option to provide their own air conditioning units if it offers a cost saving to the AGPC;
• provision of a comprehensive inventory and condition report of all AGPC owned assets pre and post Event;
• the design, supply on hire, delivery, installation, commissioning, service, maintenance and removal of evaporative cooling equipment to be supplied by contractor;
• preparation of calculations for evaporative cooling design;
• provision, for all parts, equipment and materials to complete the required works;
• inspection, test records and basic service of all AGPC owned air conditioning equipment prior to installation on site;
• commissioning, service and maintenance of existing air conditioning units installed in the Engineering Site Office and Medical Centre;
• commissioning, service and maintenance of existing evaporative cooler units installed on Pit Buildings 2 - 6 for the Paddock Club;
• service call monitoring and site contact and;
• provision of a standby crew during the Event period for maintenance and rectification.
