The Works under the Contract will include, but not be limited to:

• unpacking and repacking the AGPC owned containers and equipment (transportation by others);
• supply on hire, installation, maintenance and removal of shade cloth to specified areas;
• a) 0 < Height > 2 approximately 3,500 m
• b) 2 < Height > 3 approximately 350 m – 500 m
• c) 3 < Height > 5 approximately 50 m – 100 m
• d) > 5 approximately 250 m – 300 m
• installation, maintenance, inventory and removal of AGPC supplied fence wrap to grandstand structures and specified areas;
• AGPC Wrapapproximately 6,500 m
• Sponsor /Custom Wrapapproximately 500 m
• receipt from storage, inventory, installation, maintenance, removal and return inventory and return to storage of AGPC owned soft floor coverings to grandstand structures;
• provision of safe furnishings and elimination of floor covering trip hazards;
