The scope of work shall include all labour, materials, plant and equipment necessary to supply on hire, delivery to site, erection, maintenance and removal of elevated platforms.

The works under this Contract shall include, but not be limited to:

• preliminaries, including provision of own site facilities;
• provision of a standby crew during the Event period for maintenance and rectification;
• erection of elevated platforms as described and as amended by the Corporation for each Event;
• provision of stairs, handrails, TV posts and accessories as required and described in the drawings;
• necessary provision for overlayed floor systems to achieve 5 kPa design loading and any point loads arising from the structure’s intended purpose;
• provision of all design certification, compliance certification and any other required statutory documentation;
• provision of shop drawings and as built drawings;
• dismantle and continuous cleaning of the sites.
