Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of Stage 1C(1) Civil, Electrical and Landscaping Works and Stage 3B AWCS Works as part of Maroochydore City Centre Redevelopment being undertaken by SunCentral.

The works to be completed will be let as a Lump Sum contract. The works to be completed include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Extension to Mundoo Boulevard, a median separated road (approximately 160m length), including installation of all urban services (including AWCS) and landscaping
2. Levelling and stabilising of adjacent Horton Park
3. Installation of Stage 3B Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) infrastructure which completes the connection from Stage 1A to the AWCS Collection Station
4. Other works as described in or required by the Tender Documents.

Respondents must submit a Tender for all Separable Portions and all parts of the works.
