The Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) is seeking to establish a panel of consultants to provide expert advice on an appropriate weighted average cost of capital for the Gladstone Area Water Board (GAWB), as part of our upcoming price monitoring investigation of GAWB's bulk water prices for 2020–25.

The closing date for receipt of proposals by the QCA is 27 September 2019.
