Expressions of Interest (EOI)
St Joseph’s Nudgee College, Redevelopment Of the Flats Sports Fields
We are calling expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced head contractors for the Redevelopment of the Flats Sport Field.
The project includes the redevelopment of 10 Ha of Sports fields and associated works. These works are currently expected to commence in early 2020 and completed by November 2020.
The works to be undertaken include earthworks, road works, water storage construction, water supply, drainage, turfing, irrigation and associated electrical works.
Registrants will be required to complete an Expression of Interest document containing information used in the selection of Tenderers. Expressions of Interest must be received by Friday October 11, 2019.
