Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking submissions from suitable suppliers to provide Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (including pre-cut vegetables) to KDHS.

• Entering into formal contract with KDHS;
• Obtaining a national police check;
• Public liability insurance for $10 million;
• Appropriate local government registration (eg certificate of registration of health premises);
