Tenders are requested for the construction of new school teaching facilities within Level 2 of the existing Mueller Performing Arts Centre (MPAC) Building at Rothwell.

The new works will comprise 6 GLA Classrooms, 2 Flex Learning Areas, Workroom, Office, Meeting Room and I.T Help Room. Works will include the safe demolition of the existing performing arts area, classrooms and adjacent offices.

Tenderers are expected to be experienced in the construction of school buildings of this type and scale and should direct their registrations of interest firstly via email to brent@bwarchitects.com.au.

Registered tenderers will then be forwarded a link containing the tender documentation. Tenders will close 2.00pm on Wednesday, 9th October, 2019. A lump sum contract for the building works is expected to be signed mid/late October 2019 for immediate commencement on site.
