The Tree of Knowledge Development Committee Inc. trading as The Australian Workers Heritage Centre is inviting principal contractors to express interest in the construction of a new purpose-built entry building at Australian Workers Heritage Centre – 127 Oak St Barcaldine.

The project consists of a new standalone single storey building approximately 480m2 enclosed. The entry building will contain, amenities, café / kitchen, dining space & gift shop.

Expressions of interest should include a resume of the principle contractor including; previous experience of similar scale / nature of projects, capability statements, staff nominated for the project and overview of contract administration & quality control systems. From the EOI’s received, a limited number of contractors will be invited to tender on the project at the discretion of the committee.
