Expressions of Interest are called from suitably experienced builders wishing to be included on the tender panel for the above project which is anticipated to go to tender in October 2019.

Total project consists of:

• Demolition of existing upper level of G Block
• Construction of New 2 storey building over existing G Block podium – Approx. 2130m² GFA.
• Demolition of part of existing Rec Centre
• Construction of New 3 storey infill section to Rec Centre including new upper level tiered viewing platforms – Approx. 1310m² GFA.
