Tender Description
The CCLHD invites companies - who are licensed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration to manufacture therapeutic goods, to submit a quotation for Pharmacy manufactured Intravenous Preparation, which they feel delivers the best quality service, best value for money, and meets all mandatory Policy Directives at the Districts sites.
The objective of this RFQ is the awarding of a contract(s) for procuring Pharmacy manufactured Intravenous Preparations listed in the attached document. The proposed initial contract term will be twelve (12) months with 1 (One) optional term of up to 12 (Twelve) months at the discretion of the CCLHD.
