Tender Description
Hearing Australia wishes to obtain Tenders for the acquisition and implementation of the Solution, including all associated costs: licences and/or subscription fees for system software, implementation program management, configuration and customisation as required, interfaces as specified, training, data migration, solution hosting and ongoing support and maintenance.
Hearing Australia wishes to:
- identify the software Solution (preferably offered through cloud delivery (SAAS or PAAS)) that has/have the best “out of the box” fit to Hearing Australia’s requirements;
- select a software Solution that is easy to use and improves work processes;
- select a single Service Provider for the provision of all Services within the scope of this RFT who will work in partnership with Hearing Australia to implement the Solution to achieve the forecasted benefits;
- utilise the core business processes inherent within the chosen software to provide the basis for changing Hearing Australia's existing internal business processes;
- select the best value-for-money offering that meets the requirements and maximises value to be obtained;
- look to the chosen Service Provider to actively pursue those practices which will serve to minimise the cost to Hearing Australia both during implementation and in the future operation of its business.
