Holstein Friesian NZ are issuing this RFT on behalf of the NZ Dairy Cattle Breed Societies (Breed Societies).

The Breed Societies are all custodians of their individual breeds in New Zealand and hold representation with their individual world bodies.

The Breed Societies represent their members in the NZ dairy industry and advocate for the individual breeds. Each Breed Society maintains their own breed herd book to ensure the integrity of the breed. The herd book data is important around the world for verifying the recorded ancestry information particularly in the sale of germ plasma for export from New Zealand.

- NZ Milking Shorthorn Association (Inc)
