Tender Description

Buildings on the Jack's Magazine site are to be supplied building services infrastructure including sewer, water, natural gas, electrical services, path lighting, and communications services. this project is to enable the refurbishment and fitout (separate project) of the buildings at a later stage. As part of the external services works, the site's stormwater drainage channels will be repaired as part of the civil scope of works and part of this project.
