We are seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and insured cleaning and maintanence companies. 

We require the following: 

1. Carpet Cleaning
2. Commercial Kitchen Clean including washing all dishes, cooking instruments etc
3. Cleaning function furniture
4. 8 Bedroom, 8 bathroom, large homestead accomodation cleaning including washing, drying, folding towels, sheets etc. Remaking beds. Cleaning rugs, dusting. 
5. Yard Maintenance including lawns, gardens, leaf removal, guttering cleaned
6. Handyman work - deck maintanence, replacing worn/broken/rusting items, repairing damaged architraves etc. 

You may apply for one, many or all of the above items.
