In reference to Council’s advertisement that appeared in the Courier Mail, The Toowoomba Chronicle and Queensland Government Gazette on 12 July 2019. The following is the full notice which details the overdue rates or charges on the land, the terms of Council’s resolution to sell the land and the relevant provisions of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

In respect to the above-mentioned property, the notice has been issued in accordance with Sections 96 and 239 of the Local Government Act 2009 (substituted service).
