Upgrade Works for Walk-up Flats sites at:
WUF Site 1: 'BONYTHON', Hawthorn, SA
WUF Site 2: 'MELLOR', Gilberton, SA
WUF Site 3: 'YEOMANS', Henley Beach, SA

The work entails replacement of existing asbestos sheet roofing, upgrade of internal division walls, exterior painting, and optional window replacement.
