Greencross has over 200 retail stores, operating under the brands of Petbarn and City Farmers in Australia and Animates in New Zealand and over 160 clinics including general practices, speciality, and emergency centres, Greencross is well placed to conveniently serve more than half of the pet owners in Australia and New Zealand, with considerable opportunity for further growth.
We are seeking to establish long term partnerships with partner(s) who can provide the best overall end-to-end parcels/courier home delivery service. Our customers are everything to us; we are passionate about their experiences with us at every stage of their interaction with us. With this view, our ecommerce fulfilment is currently undertaken at two prime locations. Our Dark Store located at Sydney DC in Horsley Park is our main fulfilment centre. Supplementing this is a fulfilment centre located at Petbarn Midland store in Perth WA. We are seeking a customer-centric parcels service provider that will help us fulfil our customer value proposition at every stage of the value chain.
