The City of Mandurah is calling for Expressions of Interest from 'Not for Profit Community Focus Groups' or 'Cultural and Creative artists with a start-up business' for occupancy of office space at the above address.

The Centre is already partly occupied with various tenants, with 7 offices currently available for lease ranging in size from 8.25 to 17.63 sq. metres.

A site inspection will be available upon registration of an Expression of Interest. All interested organisations will be asked to complete a Community Outcomes Survey.

If successful, a lease is to be entered into with the City, which will incorporate a lease fee and contributions toward outgoing costs.
