Tenders are invited for the purpose of establishing a panel of preferred Contractors who can undertake body repairs, auto-electrical works, sign-writing, windscreen replacement/repairs and mechanical services to Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicles within Council's fleet.

This is for an Initial Contract Term of 3 years. Please be advised that this does NOT include the general servicing of the Council's fleet vehicles.

It is important to note that provision of repairs/services will not be limited to a single contractor for a particular category, however, preference will be given to those contractors that have submitted documentation for this tender process.

Tenderers are required to provide all necessary labour, materials, equipment and consumables necessary to carry out works on one or more of the following categories:

Make and model - Toyota, Ford, Holden, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Nissan, Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru

Body type - sedans, wagons, hatches, cab chassis, utilities, vans and light buses.
