Tender Description
St Patrick's College invites Expressions of Interest From suitably qualified Builders for the construction of Westview TAS Building Refurbishment located at St Patrick's College Campbelltown, NSW.
The proposed refurbishment consists of:
· Alterations and additions to the existing TAS Workshop, Textiles and Food Technology building
· Alterations and additions to the external works
· Work includes structural steel, roofing, linings, concrete work, glazing, joinery and services
Tenders will be invited in late October for construction commencing in February 2020.
Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
