The Western Sydney Parklands Trust seeks tenders from suitably qualified companies for the site management of the M7 West Biodiversity Stewardship Site including all monitoring and administrative record keeping as per Agreement ID 119. The site was created as a Biobank Site and has been renamed a Biodiversity Stewardship site as per the Biodiversity Act 2016.

The Biobanking Annual Payment cycle for active management of the site commenced 10th August, 2015. The Contractor is expected to undertake a program of works commencing January 2020 with a target to ensure the all works required by the end of Biobank year eight (10th August 2023) and all KPIs are met, including annual reports and adequate responses to OEH audits.

The end of the work for this tender, assuming the option is taken, is 31st December 2019 to allow the Biodiversity Conservation Trust to review the annual audit, undertake a site visit and a period for the contractor to respond to any issues arising from the annual site audit.
