Tender Description
The MFB is to release to the market a selective Request for Tender for the Architectural/Engineering Services for the half life refurbishment of Ringwood Fire Station, 272 Maroondah Highway Ringwood. The selective tenders will be sourced from the Construction Suppliers Register (CSR).
The release of his Request for Tender is anticipated for mid Novemebr 2019 and closing early December 2019. The Request for Tender documentation and details will be available on below link.
This will be a single phase tender and will include a pre-qualification that will be outlined on www.eprocure.com.au/mfb/ The pre-qualification requirements will be insurance for Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and WorkCover, Conflict of Interest Declaration, Supplier Code of Conduct, Acknowledgement No-Anti Competitive Conduct and Current Company Extract from the ASIC web site.
Victorian Government Policies in relation to Local Jobs First, Jobs Outcomes and Social Procurement Framework will apply to this RFT.
