Primary Care Gold Coast Limited (trading as Gold Coast Primary Health Network [GCPHN]) is seeking responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible organisations interested in the delivery of headspace services, as the Lead Agency, including establishment of a headspace centre within the GCPHN region at Upper Coomera.

This expression of interest is the first step in the process for organisations wishing to tender to become the Lead Agency of the new headspace centre in Upper Coomera. The EOIs will be assessed by GCPHN and headspace National (hN) to ensure that the organisations are able to deliver a headspace service in line with the requirements of the headspace Model. Those organisations that are shortlisted as being suitable to become the Lead Agency for the new headspace centre will then be invited to prepare and submit a full business plan and associated documentation via a selected tender process.

The headspace network of centres, satellites and other services is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and commissioned locally by Primary Health Networks in liaison with headspace National.

The national network has grown to include services of over 110 metropolitan, rural and remote locations in all states and territories across Australia, with the shared aim of improving young people's mental, social and emotional wellbeing through the provision of high quality, integrated services when and where they are needed.
