Tender Description
This project is to redevelop the Elmhurst Hall to provide fully accessible access and amenities.
Works will include the demolition of entry ramps and steps and construction of new entry paving and ramp system at the front of the building, lifting of existing floor levels to remove step to entry, reinstatement of masonry brickwork & concrete capping to match existing, demolition of existing toilet block and the construction of new amenities addition containing lobby, male, female and fully accessible toilets, cleaners store, decommissioning of existing septic tank and construction of new septic tank. The existing gate and fencing system will be retained and reused.
Associated works include upgrades to power supply, distribution boards, lighting, new hot water unit, new grease trap from kitchen, lighting and emergency systems and stormwater drainage pipework including connection to existing infrastructure.
