Tender Description
On 9 October 2018, the State Government of Western Australia announced its decision to proceed with the proposed sale of the Western Australian TAB. On 4 September 2019, the Parliament of Western Australia passed the TAB (Disposal) Act 2019, which provides for the establishment of a new wagering licence regime for a privately operated TAB and the disposal of the whole or part of any business carried on by, or all or any of the assets or liabilities owned or managed by Racing and Wagering Western Australia, to the extent that each is associated with the TAB.
