Tender Description
The APVMA is looking to automate its knowledge management system. Knowledge management in our context includes creating and updating policies, work instructions, and forms. Currently, this is being done manually by a centralised Governance team, with files stored in Objective enterprise content management system and links published on the APVMA’s Drupal CMS intranet (in a section called the Instructional Material Library).
However, we’re exploring the option to move knowledge management accountability to business areas, with the Governance team providing approvals, auditing, and reporting. To decentralise knowledge management, we need a suitable enterprise software solution that will provide dashboard functionality and allow up to 200 users to access the software at any one time.
The solution will either utilise functionality within Objective or will need to integrate, or work in conjunction, with Objective. We’re aware of software such as Promapp and ServiceNow, and we’d welcome proposals for these or other software systems that may be suitable, as long as they can integrate with Objective.
