The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for Shade Sail Maintenance, including take down, storage, reinstallation and repairs, for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a further two years which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.

The Contractor is to manage the annual maintenance, fitting, removal and delivery to and from storage of its playground and fitness equipment shade sails. The City currently has 57 shade sail sites.

The Requirements to be provided by the Contractor, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2, Specification.
