The Victorian Legal Services Board (Board) invites suitably qualified persons to make an offer for appointment to its External Intervention Panel (Panel) for a three-year term.

Panel members may be called upon to provide a range of services on the Board's behalf, including:

• Supervising a law practice’s trust account;
• Managing a law practice where the principal is unable to continue in that role; or
• Performing the role of Court-appointed Receiver to a law practice.

The Board is particularly interested in candidates with insolvency or criminal law experience. Eligible candidates in regional areas are also encouraged to submit a response to the Request for Offer document available through Buying for Victoria - Tenders Vic.

Only candidates who meet all of the mandatory requirements will be assessed against evaluation criteria.
