Subsea 7 scope of work for Julimar Development Phase 2 involves the project management, engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of the following packages of work:

• One 6-slot Julimar A manifold (transport and installation only);
• 22km long 18” NPS CRA clad flowline from the Julimar A manifold (JULA) to the existing Brunello Crossover manifold (BRUA-XoM), that includes one 12” NPS In-Line Tee (ILT) for future expansion and two 18” NPS Flowline End Terminations;
• 18” NPS CRA clad expansion tie-in spools connecting the flowline FLETs to the JULA and BRUA-XoM manifold (qty-3);
• 8” NPS Duplex rigid well jumpers connecting Wells to the JULA manifold (qty-4);
• One Spools Connection Assembly structure;
• 22km long EHU split into 2 sections (a break point in the EHU is required at the ILT location for future expansion) and comprising HP & LP hydraulics, MEG and Chemical injection cores, as well as electrical power cores and fibre optics for field control and communication;
• EFLs and HFLs connecting various subsea hardware components;
• Testing and pre-commissioning operations.

This Scope of Supply covers the fabrication and load-out services required for the following structures for the Julimar Development, Phase 2. Permanent Works:

• Two (2) x Flowline End Termination (FLET) – 10m x 3m, 40Te;
• Two (2) x FLET Mudmat – 20m x 8m, 50Te;
• One (1) x Inline Tee (ILT) – 10m x 3m, 40Te;
• One (1) x ILT Mudmat – 20m x 8m, 50Te.

Installation Aids:

• Two (2) x Pig Launcher/Receiver (PLR);
• Three (3) x Abandonment and Recovery Heads (A&R Heads).
• Permanent Works – Optional:
• Two (2) x Walking Anchor Special Joints c/w Associated Clamps.

The scope includes materials procurement, fabrication, welding (incl. CRA), NDE, hydrotesting, application of epoxy coating to structure and piping, support to BUYER provided insulation services, FAT activities including trial lift, weighing and calculation of CoG, followed by support to BUYER SIT activities, storage and loadout onto transportation vessel(s). Free-issued Materials:

• 18” & 12” ROV Connectors;
• 18” linepipe, bends, forgings, valves, tees & test rings;
• 12” linepipe, bends, forgings, valves, tees & test rings;
• 2” & 4” Hotstabs & Valves.
