IRT are currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for Building Services Engineers for the redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing Aged Care facility on the South Coast of NSW (Culburra Beach).

EOI submissions will also be used to inform tender panels for future projects in NSW.

The services will be contracted under IRT's standard form.

EOI must contain the following information:

• Aged Care projects - Highlight redevelopment and refurbishment experience
• Retirement Living projects - Highlight redevelopment and refurbishment experience
• Documentation experience
• Office locations and geographic service area
• Total number of employees per discipline (Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical) for each office location
• Other services/disciplines in-house
• Referees for aged care and retirement living projects in the last 5 years.
