Tender Description
Brimbank City Council wishes to procure the services of a suitably-qualified Contractor for the demolition of exisiting amenities, construction of swale and play area and installation of fence and planting at Roseleigh Reserve Sydenham Surburan Park.
The project incorporates:
- Demolition and off-site disposal of existing play area, fence and part of the existing concrete path; and
- Construction of a new path, fence, play area, basketball court, installation of furniture, sculptures, planting works and general remedial works.
Practical Completion no later than April 2020 on the basis of possession of site being granted in January 2020.
The Contract will be governed by AS 2124 - 1992 General Conditions of Contract.
