Tim Penny Architecture + interiors are seeking expressions of interest from Builders who wish to tender for the second phase of major capital works at St Michaels Collegiate Senior School Campus.

This phase consist of three stages:

Stage 1 : New additions to the pool building, including a new public entry off Davey Street and change rooms. (scheduled for commencement March 2020)
Stage 2 : Gymnasium public entry off Davey Street and additional upper level multipurpose Health and Physical Education learning spaces.
Stage 3 : Davey Street Forecourt, Main Entry, Reception and Administration upgrade.

Builders wishing to lodge an expression of interest should include details of:

• Recent projects
• Company profile, including key personnel
• Project experience in Education Facilities
• Relevant referees
