SNSWLHD is seeking submission from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for area wide routine inspection, testing, maintenance and certification of all equipment, whether mentioned specifically herein or not, for fire detection, emergency warning, emergency lighting, fire doors, sprinklers, gaseous systems, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, fire blankets and Annual Fire Safety Statements for all buildings of Southern new South Wales Local Health District (SNSWLHD) including ongoing monitoring of the automatic fire alarm reporting systems.

The Contract period is for two (2) years. SNSWLHD may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract Term for a further 12 months. The extensions shall be subject to a good performance history by the Contractor during the original Contract period and any previous extensions.
