Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to carry out alterations, repairs and maintenance works as an all inclusive fixed price package.
A summary of the works is as follows:
- Concrete & bitumen pavement replacement & repairs.
- Stormwater system.
- Repairs to timber, roofing, painting and access system.
- Scaffolding access.
- Replace gutters & downpipes.
- Structure bracing.
- Safely compliance.
