Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced suppliers of advertising services for street furniture (including billboards and bus shelters) and/or bus shelter cleaning and maintenance services.

City of Parramatta seeks to identify a shortlist of prospective tenderers for a stage 2 ITT (Invitation to Tender) for the services.
The EOI contains separable portions as follows; proponents may respond to one or multiple portions:
· Advertising services for billboards
· Advertising services for bus shelters
· Bus shelter cleaning and maintenance services
· Optional bus shelter replacement, design, supply and installation services
Proponents should demonstrate a history of delivering strong revenue streams from the sale of advertising on billboards and/or bus shelters, and/or demonstrate bus shelter cleaning maintenance services to a high standard.
Proponents must also hold ISO certifications or equivalent for Quality, Environmental Management and Health & Safety, and hold insurances for Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. For advertising services, proponents must demonstrate sales representation in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane at a minimum.
A decision will be made on this EOI in early 2020. Note, no pre-EOI meeting is proposed for this project.
