Tender Description
CBH Group are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to provide management services for the Cee and See Caravan Park located at Rockingham Beach Road, Rockingham WA.
The aim is to establish a long-term contract, with the agreement to commence in January 2020.
CBH is seeking interested vendors who have:
- Previous management experience in the caravan park, holiday park or property management industry or similar;
- Strong clerical, financial and computer skills;
- Highly developed customer service, communication and organisations skills; and
- Are prepared to work weekends and public holidays.
