IRT are currently seeking expressions of interest for Structural and Civil Consulting Engineers for construction documentation for the redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing Aged Care facility on the South Coast of NSW (Culburra Beach).

EOI submissions will also be used to inform tender panels for future Aged Care and Retirement Living projects in NSW.
The services will be contracted under IRT's standard form.

EOI must contain the following information:

•  Aged Care projects - Highlight redevelopment and refurbishment experience
•  Retirement Living projects - Highlight redevelopment and refurbishment experience
•  Office locations and geographic service area
•  Documentation team size for each office location
•  Other services/disciplines in-house· Referees for aged care and retirement living projects in the last 5 years.

In addition, please summarise the above in the table attached (in the same format as the example provided) and provide in your email submission. Please follow the instructions as we expect a lot of submissions and will be creating a schedule of respondents.
