This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ATO requires a Services Provider who has demonstrated capability and capacity to on-board and industrialise a Robotic Process Automation capability within large Government client at scale using Blue Prism.
The ATO has conducted Proof of Concept (PoC) for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The PoC findings concluded that RPA has potential to deliver efficiencies over a number of ATO business.
In the 2018/19 Corporate Plan strategic objective O1 (Operational: We use data and insights to deliver value for our clients and inform decision making across everything we do) the ATO identified Automation and Artificial Intelligence (A&AI) as a Strategic Initiative:
A&AI – make use of data, analytics and tools to extend automation and analytics use cases, and enhance our realised artificial intelligence capabilities.
As part of the A&AI Strategic Initiative the ATO subsequently conducted a Proof of Value (PoV) to identify, amongst other things, the most suitable RPA platform or platforms to meet the range of potential uses in the organisation (Refer to PoV Findings in Document Vault). This was decided to be Blue Prism.
The ATO is now seeking an experienced services provider to on-board and industrialise an at scale RPA capability within our organisation.
