Barry Wight and Sam Kaso, Administration of Protectaprint Melbourne Pty Ltd ( Protectprint) urgently seek proposals from parties looking either:
- Recapitalise Protectprint (e.g through a Deed of Company Arrangement)
- Purchase the business and/or assets of Protectprint.
Key highlights includes:
- Well established business with considerable experience in laminating, UV screen printing.
- Specialised printing equipment including laminating, UV screen printing, spot UV and UV coating.
- Latest water based laminating machinery in Australia.
- Expertise in specialised films for the packing industry
- Leasehold located in Braeside, Victoria.
- Experienced Staff.
- Intellectual property (including customer database, goodwill and telephone numbers)
- Up until 20147, the business traded as Alkotes Melbourne.
- Average turnover for the last two financial years of circa $1.7million.
