Jamie Harris and Rob Kirman as administrators of VAC Group seek urgent expression of Interest to recapitalise the business or to acquire part or all of VAC Group's business assets. VAC Group was established in 2001 and is an industry leader in Non-Destructive Vacuum Excavation (NDVE) in Australia and New Zealand, reporting total revenue of in excess of $40 million in FY19.
The business for sale comprises:
- a non-destructive digging business, serving customers with 120 bespoke, purpose-built NDVE trucks
- a soil disposal and recovery business which issues its patented technology to process excavated waste into reusable backfill and recycled water for use on site.
- an underground services and as set detection and mapping business with 25 utility location crews
- an extensive portfolio of clients in the construction and mining industries
- circa 230 employees located throughout Australia and New Zealand.
