This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The ACT Government SSICT is seeking a training provider to provide two courses in-house on their Gungahlin premises for up to 20 staff for "Upgrade to ITILv4 Foundation Course" and for up to 6 of those staff for "ITILv4 Practitioner Course" to be delivered by 14 December 2019. Materials for ITILv4 must be provided by the training provider for ACT Government staff to keep.
