Terry van der Velde of SV Partners as Liquidator of Imoda Management Pty Ltd (in Liquidation) ACN 148 145 359 formerly trading as BoOom Property Management is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the purchase of the Company’s rent roll consisting of approximately 176 properties covering various areas including Sunshine Coast, Gladstone and surrounds. Interested parties may only undertake their own due diligence based on information such as (subject to the Liquidator’s discretion):
- Statistics reports from Property Tree (owner/contact details redacted);
- Most recent audit report (subject to redaction); and
- QA reports.
Please note:
- Offers must be received within 7 days of the EOI closing date;
- Rent roll is being sold without warranties and on an ‘as is, where is basis’ only;
- Liquidator has not undertaken a due diligence of the rent roll (including Form 6’s) given the insolvency and urgent nature of sale;
- No handover management to successful purchaser; and
- T’s and C’s apply
All interested parties will be required to execute a Confidentiality Deed, together with providing a non-refundable deposit of $100 prior to receiving any information reference above.
