Tender Description

Landscape Construction of the redesigned Arid Garden. Works include but are not limited to:

  • site preparation
  • landscape construction of concrete paths, stair, seats
  • rock work
  • installation of services including irrigation, reticulation, sub surface drainage, data conduits and power supply
  • extensive soil amelioration
  • planting
  • mulching

A briefing session will be held at Birdwood Avenue, Melbourne, VIC, Australia, 3000 on 6 December 2019 01:00 PM.
Notes: Briefing will be held on site at the Arid Garden. Meet at C Gate

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
