The Shire of West Arthur invites expressions of interest for the lease of premises to be developed in the Darkan Light Industrial Area.

In order to support local business development, the Shire is willing to develop and lease a lot to a light industrial business. Development may include acquisition of land, servicing, construction of buildings, and other infrastructure.

Landcorp has two serviced lots for sale (average size 3,000 sqm) and the Shire has a larger 17,669 sqm lot which may be subdivided to suit business needs. The lots are located on Growden Place Darkan with heavy vehicle access to Coalfields Road.
