Pacific Link Housing is a not-for-profit community housing provider that manages properties on behalf of NSW Government. The scope of this tender is to engage the services of a suitably qualified company to provide a value for money service in all facets of kitchen-renovations.
In addition to the renovation it is essential that the tenderer be able to:
- arrange for the safe and professional removal of any asbestos in a property
- Supply and fit new stoves and rangehoods
It is essential that the tenderer be able to cover all areas that Pacific Link Housing services. PLH cover six Local Government Areas – Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland, Cessnock and Port Stephens
PLH’s housing portfolio consists of a mixed configuration of ground level bedsits, unit complexes, houses, townhouses and villas. Some properties are supported by agencies with managers/carers on site (including group homes) and access is arranged by the responsible agency for that tenant.
The successful respondent will be required to comply with PLH contractual terms and conditions, including Code of Conduct, conflict of interest policy, privacy and confidentiality requirements and workplace health and safety obligations. Police checks will also be required.
Pacific Link Housing expects that the Bathrooms are renovated in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and the PLH Specification supplied by Pacific Link Housing.
