Tender Description
HomeStart Finance have the requirement for a loan origination and administration system. This is the system that supports its core business of receiving, processing, assessing, administering and closing loans.
HomeStart are running a two stage procurement process:
Stage 1 – Expression of Interest (EOI) and Shortlisting Pre-Qualified Suppliers
Supplier’s EOI responses will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria and a shortlist of pre-qualified suppliers will be identified.
Stage 2 – Invitation To Supply (ITS) to Shortlisted Suppliers
Invitations to Supply will be issued to suppliers shortlisted from Stage 1. Submissions will be assessed by the Evaluation Team based on the evaluation criteria in the Evaluation Plan.
Industry Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Level 5 / 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5000 on 1:30 PM Adelaide time 19 December 2019.
